Each public fact is linked to a regulator-owned source artifact, SHA-256 hash, retrieval timestamp, and source locator.
The current held snapshot pair has a deterministic compared report. Its source-file differences are described as record differences, not legal conclusions.
Evidence boundary
External archive, IPFS, and blockchain claims are shown only after a confirmed provider or chain record exists. Local evidence holds remain canonical.
