MiCA Recital (35) — preamble (35) Crypto-asset white papers that have been duly notified to a competent authority and marketing communications should be published.

After such publication, offerors and persons seeking admission to trading of crypto-assets other than asset-referenced tokens or e-money tokens should be allowed to offer those crypto-assets throughout the Union and to seek admission to trading of such crypto-assets in the Union.
