Article 116 Reporting of infringements and protection of reporting persons Directive (EU) 2019/1937 shall apply to the reporting of infringements of this Regulation and the protection of persons reporting such infringements. CHAPTER 4 Supervisory responsibilities of EBA with respect to issuers of significant asset-referenced tokens and significant e-money tokens and colleges of supervisors
