516 provisions of EU crypto, AI and finance law, each frozen at an address that does not move, each carrying the hash of the official artifact it was extracted from.

Every provision is a leaf in one Merkle tree. Corpus root 581628a5b36518981241d2b5… — corpus-proof.json carries a membership proof for each one, so anybody can check a provision was in this corpus without trusting us.

Technical standards, guidelines and consultation papers held from the supervisory authorities. These carry no CELEX number, so they have no frozen /celex/ address; each is held with its artifact hash and capture date.
